Dear Ladies & Gentlemen of Goodwill,

Over my 27 year carreer in solution creation, I have had the priviledge to work with truely great people, processes & technologies to deliver successful solutions. While there never has been nor ever will be a "silver bullet" for a solution's success, I believe there are three (3) critical capabilities needed to optimally implement any solution.

The first & most critical is the establishment of open & honest dialogs between ALL stakeholders. In today's extremely complex & complicated world, it is no longer sufficient to exclusivly follow the direction of the H.S.R. (Highest Salary in the Room). We need direct & timely insights from all stakeholders (i.e.; consumers, users, maintainers, suppliers, service providers, supply chain, regulators, managers, etc.). Without thier critical insights, the solutions we deliver have little chance of achieving the H.S.R.'s expectations.

The second is the establishment of a universal, agile & scaleable information management framework. In my humble opinion, the International Council of Systems Engineering (INCOSE) BoK is that framework. It is open to allow each team to optimize thier own best practices while still providing effecient & effective points of collaboration and measurement accross differing technologies, organizations, teams, & cultures.

The final is the establishment of continuous & consistent reporting of the state, direction & value proposition of our problem & solution sets. With the right reporting cadence & content, each of us can make our own data-driven valuations & prioritizations decisions without the spin, hype & distraction of professional social influencers.

It is our intent with solutionbug.com to provide these critical capabilities in a simple & affordable tool for all people of goodwill. So that each of us can be active participants in the definition & construction of our better world.
